→ Imerman Angels matches cancer fighters with demographically and/or pathologically similar cancer survivors. It’s good to have a buddy who’s been through it before.
→ Chemo Chicks is a marketplace for many ChemoBabe-friendly accessories. They had a similar idea as me, but they are actually entrepreneurial.
→ Cleaning for a Reason will send a professional cleaning crew to your home once a month to provide a free cleaning while you are in treatment.
→ Gilda’s Club has a whole treasure trove of social and emotional support surfaces for people with cancer, their friends, and families.
→ The Cancer Fighting Kitchen has recipes and food tips to help you stay healthy.
→ LotsaHelping Hands provides a web resource for your friends and family to coordinate your support while you are in treatment. People seem to use that or CaringBridge. It’s easier than email blasts and keeps you from having to tell everybody how things are going over and over.
→ The Cancer Warrior is an inspirational blog by a breast cancer survivor and cancer advocate. Voted one of the top 10 breast cancer blogs by blogs.com.
